✨ Returns Policy

Due to the sacred, intuitive nature of my work and the energetic vibration of crystals, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each crystal is chosen, cleansed, and packaged with deep care, intention, and Reiki-infused energy. Every order is final once placed.

📦 Damaged or Broken Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, I completely understand how disappointing that can feel. Please follow the steps below so I can assist:

• Step 1: Take clear photos of the item(s) and the packaging, showing the damage
• Step 2: Email the photos to louise@eclecticwitch.uk within 48 hours of delivery
• Step 3: I will assess and get back to you with a resolution – this may include a replacement, shop credit, or partial refund depending on the situation

NOTE: Breakages must be supported with photographic evidence. Without photos, I’m unable to offer replacements or refunds.
